Hello all. Can someone help me figure out what Bible to buy. I have a lot of Catholic bibles, but they have the additional sections, like Maccabees. I bought a Scofield study bible, but it's really hard to read. I heard Pastor mention a Scofield reader. But when I search for "Scofield Reader" the results that come up are "Scofield study bible, reader." And looking at the sample pages, it still has 3/4 page of reference material on each page. Do I get just a King James bible? There are so many of those out there too. King James Outreach bible is $2.99. But does it have everything in it? Thank you so much for helping me.

Hello. I was looking for today's service. Has LTCBR been censored again? I think possibly because of the upcoming oral arguments before the USSC. Youtube seems to censor strategically. I hope that is not what happened. I am hoping Pastor Spell is just taking a little time off to save his voice. Praying for Pastor Spell to heal. I am praying for the USSC to be moved by God and rule correctly. And as always every day, I pray for Pastor Spell, the entire Spell family, and every member and congregant.

Hello. I love Pastor Spell's El Magey bible studies. I've learned so much that I never knew before. I haven't seen all of them, so just ignore this if he already talked about it. I'll get to them all soon! I've been wondering, do Apostolics believe in purgatory? I was raised Catholic by devout Catholics. I do not know much about the other Christian religions. My understanding is that Purgatory is like a holding area for people who were not good enough for Heaven or bad enough for hell to wait for the second resurrection. I remember I was upset when I learned that God sent Moses (I think) to purgatory instead of Heaven for questioning him. I try to look things up online and get a lot of garbage, so I don't know if my memory is even correct. Maybe I am thinking of Abraham. Anyway, so in my secularized mind, after quitting the Catholic Church and embracing Joseph Campbell in the 1990s, I wondered if purgatory is like reincarnation. Like God just sends those people back to live again until they qualify for Heaven or hell or until the resurrection. I think this because sometimes (not often, very rare) I think things will happen long before they actually do happen or before I have reason to believe that it could happen. Like what we are seeing now in America (and Australia and Canada and New Zealand), I knew vaguely I'd see some of it - in my mind as a kid I thought it to be like the fall of Rome. I know I'm not the only person that had premonitions. Although I do remember late night preachers (also in the 90s) on TV warning about the "new world order" but I laughed at them at the time. Not laughing now. So I guess the question is - what is purgatory? And/or what is an explanation for premonitions?
